University for Development Studies Issues Official Notice on Certificate Errors for 2025 Graduates.

The University for Development Studies has officially confirmed that an error has affected the certificates of some members of the 2025 graduating class.

Specifically, the names printed on certain certificates do not correctly correspond with the respective University Identification Numbers of the affected graduands.

University Management has acknowledged this unfortunate development and has expressed sincere regret for any inconvenience, stress, or uncertainty the situation may have caused. The University recognises the importance of accurate academic records and assures all graduands that the matter is being treated with the highest level of urgency and seriousness.

The Directorate of Academic Affairs is currently working around the clock to resolve the issue. A comprehensive audit of the entire certificate printing and verification process is underway to identify the source of the error and ensure that all affected certificates are corrected accurately. Additional verification measures have also been introduced to prevent a recurrence of such errors in future academic exercises.

The University has assured all graduands that its highest priority is to ensure that every certificate issued is complete, accurate, and fully valid for all official purposes, including employment, further studies, and professional documentation. No graduand will be allowed to suffer any disadvantage as a result of this printing error.

Graduands who may have already collected certificates bearing the identified errors are kindly directed to return them promptly to the Directorate of Academic Affairs. These certificates will be withdrawn and replaced with the corrected versions immediately after the rectification exercise is concluded.

The University appeals for the continued patience, cooperation, and understanding of all graduands as efforts continue to resolve the matter within the shortest possible time. Management remains fully committed to protecting the integrity of all academic records and ensuring a smooth, transparent, and satisfactory experience for every member of the 2025 graduating class.
