CAGD Releases Salary Payment Timetable for the Final Quarter of 2025.

The Controller and Accountant-General’s Department (CAGD) has officially released the salary payment schedule covering the last quarter of the 2025 financial year. 

The announcement offers public sector workers clear guidance on when their monthly salaries are expected to be paid from October to December.

This early release is intended to promote transparency and help workers plan effectively as the year draws to a close. Staff on the government payroll, including teachers and other public servants, are encouraged to take note of the dates outlined below.

Approved Salary Payment Dates (October–December 2025)

•October 2025: Thursday, 23 October

•November 2025: Monday, 24 November

•December 2025: Thursday, 18 December

CAGD explained that the dates represent when salary funds are released for payment. However, the exact time salaries reflect in individual bank accounts may vary slightly, depending on each bank’s internal processing procedures.

Public sector workers are therefore advised to remain patient if payments do not reflect immediately on the stated dates. Any adjustments or updates to the schedule, should they occur, will be communicated through official channels.

The department reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring timely and orderly salary payments to support workers as they prepare for the end of the year.
