Latest NTC Exam Update: Results, Resits and What Candidates Should Expect.
The National Teaching Council (NTC) has provided a detailed update on the current status of the 2025 Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) II as thousands of candidates continue to anticipate the release of their results.
According to the Council, the marking of scripts began only recently, and this is one of the main reasons the results are not yet ready.
As it stands, no official date has been set for the publication of the results, and candidates are reminded to remain patient while the marking, verification and quality-assurance procedures are completed. Beyond the main results, the NTC is also finalising arrangements for candidates who will be required to resit the examination as well as those who missed portions of the earlier papers. Although the timetable for the resit exercise has not been released, the Council encourages all affected candidates to continue studying so they are adequately prepared once the schedule is announced.
In its update, the NTC also issued a strong warning to candidates and the general public about the growing activities of fraudsters who falsely claim they can manipulate, upgrade or fast-track GTLE results. The Council emphasised that no individual has the authority or capacity to alter any candidate’s results, and anyone who falls for such schemes risks losing money and being misled.
All credible announcements regarding results, resits and related processes will be communicated exclusively through the NTC’s official website and verified social-media pages. With the marking still underway, the Council is urging candidates to stay calm, follow only authorised communication channels, ignore fraudulent offers, and prepare themselves for any upcoming resit opportunities while waiting for the official release of results.
