PRINCOF Extends Colleges of Education Application Deadline for 2025/2026. The Conference of Principals of Colleges of Education (PRINCOF) has officially extended the deadline for applications into Ghana’s public Colleges of Education for the 2025/2026 academic year.

How to Apply
Step 1: Purchase an E-Voucher
- Cost: GHS 350
- Available at any branch of Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG)
- Alternatively, purchase using mobile money by dialing *924*8# (available on MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, or AirtelTigo Money).
Step 2: Complete the Online Application
- Visit the official admission portal: admission.coeportal.edu.gh
- Fill in all required fields accurately and upload necessary documents, including your passport-size photograph and academic certificates.
Step 3: Submit and Mail Confirmation
- Print two copies of the confirmation page (confirmation letter) after submitting.
- Attach your result slip(s) and supporting documents.
- Send them via Ghana Post Office Mail Service (EMS) to your first-choice College of Education.
- Ensure the envelope is clearly labeled with your Application Reference, Full Name, Phone Number, and Form Number.
- Applicants who face technical challenges are encouraged to seek assistance from a trusted typist or reliable internet café.
Admission Requirements.
To be considered for admission, applicants must:
- Have credit passes in six subjects, which include:
- Three core subjects: English Language, Mathematics, and either Integrated Science or Social Studies.
- Three relevant elective subjects related to the chosen program.
- Applicants with WASSCE and SSSCE results are eligible to apply.
Special Needs Applicants
- Candidates with visual or hearing impairments may apply under modified entry requirements.
