University of Cape Coast (UCC) Admission Deadlines for 2025/2026 Academic Year.

The University of Cape Coast (UCC) has officially opened applications for the 2025/2026 academic year across its various study modes.

Regular Programmes

  • Opening Date: 8th May 2025
  • Closing Date: 30th October 2025

Sandwich (Main Campus)

  • Opening Date: 7th April 2025
  • Closing Date: 20th June 2025

Distance Learning

  • Applications for 2025/2026 are currently open.

Institute of Education Sandwich

  • Opening Date: 7th February 2025
  • Closing Date: 15th April 2025

General Admission Requirements

For WASSCE/SSSCE applicants:

  • Credit passes in six (6) subjects with an overall aggregate not exceeding 36 (WASSCE) or 24 (SSSCE).
  • Three core subjects: English Language, Mathematics, and either Integrated Science or Social Studies.
  • Three elective subjects relevant to the chosen programme.
