GESOPS Launches New USSD Code for Seamless Access to Pension Statements

The Ghana Education Service Occupational Pension Scheme (GESOPS) has introduced a new USSD platform to make it easier and faster for contributors to access their pension-related information. This initiative is part of GESOPS' ongoing commitment to enhance transparency, convenience, and service delivery for all its members.

With this new system, teachers and staff under the Ghana Education Service can now check their pension statements and contribution details directly from their mobile phones, no internet required.

How to Access Your GESOPS Pension Statement

To register and use the new USSD code, follow these simple steps:

1. Dial *733# on your mobile phone.

2. When prompted, enter your GES staff ID number.

3. Create a 4-digit PIN to secure your account.

4. After successful registration, dial *733# again.

5. From the menu, select any of the following options:

°Check Your Pension Balance

°View List of Beneficiaries

°Check Total Contributions Made

This mobile service is designed to give users direct access to vital pension information at any time, from anywhere in the country.

Important Notice

Ensure that your phone number is correctly linked to your GESOPS account before using this service. For assistance with registration or PIN reset, contact GESOPS through their official support channels.

This development marks a major step towards digitizing pension services for Ghanaian teachers and improving financial awareness among contributors.
