YEA Opens Recruitment for Community Police and Fire Service Assistants.

The Youth Employment Agency (YEA) has officially opened applications for the 2025 intake of Community Police Assistants and Fire Service Assistants. 

This recruitment forms part of YEA’s ongoing commitment to providing meaningful employment opportunities for young people while supporting the work of key public institutions. By joining this initiative, successful applicants will play a vital role in enhancing community safety, improving emergency response efforts, and assisting in public order maintenance across the country.

Available Modules

1. Community Police Assistants

Selected candidates will work with the Ghana National Fire Service to assist in fire prevention education, community sensitization, and basic emergency response duties. This role focuses on strengthening local safety awareness and readiness.
