WAEC Announces 2025 NOV/DEC Registration Fees for Private Candidates.

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially released the registration fees for the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination for Private Candidates, popularly known as NOV/DEC.

Prospective candidates are advised to take note of the following fees and additional charges to ensure a smooth registration process.

Registration Fees (Includes GHS 150.00 Processing Fee)

•6 or more subjects – GHS 1,094.96

•5 subjects – GHS 1,048.00

•4 subjects – GHS 998.20

•3 subjects – GHS 940.72

•2 subjects – GHS 908.12

•1 subject – GHS 873.74

Additional Fees for Practical, Oral, and Project Work (Charged Per Subject)

•Practical Test or ICT – GHS 92.00

•Project Work – GHS 92.00

•Oral (English, Arabic, French) – GHS 88.00

Correction of Entries

•Standard corrections – GHS 100.00

(plus any applicable fee for practical, oral, or project work)

•Major changes – GHS 200.00

(includes changes to exam centre, subject substitution, name, date of birth, address, or photo)

•Adding a new subject – Full subject fee as listed above.
