The University of Cape Coast (UCC) is inviting applications for admission into its distance learning postgraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 academic year. 

These programmes are managed by the College of Distance Education (CoDE) and are tailored for individuals who want to further their education while maintaining their jobs or personal commitments.

Admission Requirements

Applicants should hold a first degree from a recognised university in a relevant field. For Education programmes, those with degrees in other fields but currently teaching (especially in secondary schools) may also apply. For business programmes, candidates with relevant professional qualifications like ACCA, CIPS, CIMA, and ICAG may qualify for certain MBA or MSc programmes.

2. Fill Out the Online Form

  • Visit apply.ucc.edu.gh
  • Click on “CLICK TO APPLY FOR PROGRAMME”
  • Select “POST-GRADUATE ENTRY” when verifying the voucher

3. Submit Printed Application

  • Print the completed form
  • Include certified academic transcripts and certificates
  • Send via EMS through Ghana Post
  • Clearly label the envelope with:
    • Your reference number
    • Full name (no abbreviations)
    • Postal address
    • Applied programme
    •  Study Centres Across Ghana

Government Approves 2025 Salary Increase for Public Sector Workers on the Single Spine Salary Structure

2025 Salary Adjustment Announced for Public Service Institutions on the Single Spine Structure The Government of Ghana has approved a 10% across-the-board salary increase for all public sector institutions under the Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS).  This follows the successful conclusion of negotiations on the 2025 base pay, as confirmed in a recent communication from the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission.
