GES and NTC Invite Stakeholders to Teacher Motivation Study Dissemination Event.
The Ghana Education Service (GES) in collaboration with the National Teaching Council (NTC), and with support from Transforming Teaching, Education & Learning (T-TEL), has completed a comprehensive study focused on teacher motivation and retention.To share the outcomes of this important research and to engage stakeholders in crafting informed policy responses, GES and NTC will host a dissemination event scheduled for Wednesday, 14th May 2025, at 9:00 am at the Teachers Hall (GNAT), Adabraka, Accra.
This high-level gathering will bring together education professionals, policy-makers, and key stakeholders to discuss the findings of the study and explore actionable strategies to boost teacher motivation nationwide. Attendees will also have the opportunity to contribute their perspectives to help shape future policy directions grounded in the study’s evidence.
Participants are encouraged to prepare by reviewing the attached concept note, research brief, and draft agenda, which provide valuable context for productive engagement during the event.
