One crucial step in this process is ensuring your Teacher Portal Ghana profile accurately reflects your professional details. 

The updated NTC license card is a vital document that confirms your qualifications and expertise, and having an accurate profile is a key requirement for qualification. 

In this guide, we'll walk you through the step-by-step process of updating your profile to ensure you're eligible for the updated NTC license card.

For Existing Users

Step 1: Access the NTC Portal

Visit the official Teacher Portal via HERE on any internet-enabled device.

Step 2: Log Into Your Account

Enter your credentials(username and password) to sign in. If you've forgotten your login details, use the recovery option available on the page.

Step 3: Open Your Profile Dashboard

Navigate to the profile section where your professional records are displayed.

Step 4: Update Role Classification

Locate the section labeled Role Class Level. Choose your correct role (e.g., JHS Teacher, SHS Tutor), and upload supporting documentation such as academic or professional certificates.

Step 5: Add Your Major Subject

Once the role is saved, a new field will appear prompting you to select your main teaching subject. Choose the right option and attach evidence—such as a degree or diploma in the subject.

Step 6: Submit and Save Your Changes

Review your input and ensure all documents are clear and accurate, then click save to update your profile.

For First-Time Users

Step 1: Go to the Registration Page 

Open the registration link OPEN

Step 2: Start the Sign-Up Process

Click “Register Now,” then select “Teacher Signup” from the available account types.

Step 3: Fill in the Form

Provide all the required details accurately. Double-check your email before submission as you’ll need it to verify the account.

Step 4: Check Your Email for Confirmation

Look out for a message from NTC with a confirmation link. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 5: Activate Your Account

Click the link in the email to complete your registration. You can now log in and begin updating your professional details.
