Entry Requirements for Undergraduate Admission
For SSSCE Holders
Credit passes (A-D) in six subjects: three core subjects—English Language, Mathematics, and Integrated Science—and three relevant electives.
Minimum aggregate: 24 or better.
For WASSCE Holders
Credit passes (A1–C6) in six subjects: three core subjects—English Language, Mathematics, and Integrated Science—and three relevant electives.
Minimum aggregate: 24 or better.
Where to Buy the E-Voucher
Purchase the admission e-voucher at any Ghana Post Office branch nationwide.
Steps to Purchase E-Voucher Online
1. Go to https://apps.knust.edu.gh/admissions
2. Choose the Ghanaian Applicant option
3. Select Purchase Voucher Online
4. Choose your programme type: Undergraduate
5. Select stream: Regular Stream
6. Choose form category: Undergraduate Ghanaian
7. Make payment to complete the transaction
How to Buy the E-Voucher via USSD Code
1. Dial 41555#
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to pay via Mobile Money (available on all networks)
3. After payment, log in to the admission portal
4. Verify your voucher using the Voucher Verification option
Online Application Procedure
1. Create an account using a valid email and password
2. Confirm your email via the verification link sent to your inbox
3. Purchase your e-voucher or use one already obtained
4. Visit https://apps.knust.edu.gh/admissions
5. Log in with your credentials
6. Enter your PIN Code and Serial Number
7. Fill out the online application form accurately
8. Click Submit once complete
9. Print the submitted form and post the hard copy to the university
Application Deadline
The deadline for submission of applications is 31st October, 2025.
