GNAT Confirms Ongoing Efforts to Place Promoted TVET Members.


GNAT Assures TVET Members of Placement Following 2024 Promotions.

The Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) has issued a significant update to its members within the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, providing assurance regarding their placement following promotions in 2024. 

According to the notice, dated April 29, 2025, GNAT is actively working to facilitate the placement of these members, who successfully underwent the aptitude test but are yet to be formally placed in their new roles.

GNAT's efforts are focused on engaging with the relevant authorities to expedite the placement process, with the aim of completing it by May 2025. 

The association is committed to ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed meticulously and that the placements are carried out in a fair and transparent manner. 

This commitment underscores GNAT's dedication to advocating for the welfare and professional growth of its members.

In the notice signed by Isaac Baah, Head of the Compensation and Benefits Department, on behalf of the General Secretary, GNAT urges all affected members to remain calm and have confidence in the leadership of the association. 

The association reassures its members that it is working tirelessly to resolve the placement issue and that all due processes will be adhered to in accordance with the promotions granted in 2024.
