University of Cape Coast Announces Examination Fees for 2024/2025 Academic Year.

The University of Cape Coast has released a critical announcement regarding the upcoming academic year, specifically pertaining to examination fees. 

As part of its efforts to ensure a seamless academic experience, the university has outlined the necessary payment details for students enrolled in its affiliated Colleges of Education.


Payment Details

All students are required to settle their examination fees through any branch of GCB Bank PLC by March 30, 2025. It is imperative that students adhere to this deadline to avoid any potential complications.


Examination Fees by Level.

 •Level 100 students are required to pay GHC 500.00, covering both the first and second semesters.

•Level 200 students will pay GHC 500.00 for the entire academic year.

•Level 300 students will also pay GHC 500.00, covering both semesters.

•Level 400 students will pay varying amounts for each semester:

        First Semester: GHC 410.00 (includes practicum and project work)

    - Second Semester: GHC 500.00


Payment Procedure

To ensure a seamless payment process, students must accurately complete the GCB Bank pay-in-slip with the following details: the Biller Name should be Institute of Education Examinations, followed by the student's name and College Registration Number.


Important Notice

The Institute emphasizes the importance of meeting the payment deadline and adhering to the specified payment procedure. Failure to comply may result in complications with examination registration, potentially impacting academic progress.

Principals of UCC-affiliated Colleges of Education are requested to disseminate this information to their students promptly. 

For further inquiries, students are encouraged to contact the Institute of Education through their respective college offices, ensuring that any questions or concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
