Service personnel to have GH₵100 deducted from February allowance

 

GH₵100 to Be Deducted from National Service Personnel’s February Allowance.



National service personnel across Ghana will have GH₵100 deducted from their February allowances, according to an announcement by the National Service Personnel Association (NASPA).


A statement released on March 2 explained that the deduction will cover the cost of the National Service Cloth, which has already been distributed nationwide.


Additionally, personnel enrolled in the SIC insurance scheme will face extra deductions to clear four months of unpaid insurance contributions. 

This measure is intended to settle outstanding commitments under the insurance program.


NASPA assured service personnel that any further updates regarding the deductions will be communicated in due course.

Government Approves 2025 Salary Increase for Public Sector Workers on the Single Spine Salary Structure

2025 Salary Adjustment Announced for Public Service Institutions on the Single Spine Structure The Government of Ghana has approved a 10% across-the-board salary increase for all public sector institutions under the Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS).  This follows the successful conclusion of negotiations on the 2025 base pay, as confirmed in a recent communication from the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission.
