NSA Calls for User Agencies to Request National Service Personnel for 2025/2026 Deployment

The National Service Authority (NSA) is inviting applications from user agencies interested in hosting National Service Personnel (NSP) for the 2025/2026 service year. 

Eligible institutions include private corporate organizations, Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs), Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), educational institutions, hospitals, and security agencies.

Acknowledging the workforce challenges faced by both private and public institutions, the NSA encourages organizations to take advantage of this opportunity to strengthen their human resources by engaging skilled National Service Personnel. 

For the upcoming service year, the deployment focus is private-sector driven. 

As such, the NSA urges private organizations across the country to submit their requests within the designated timelines to ensure they secure the necessary personnel for their operations.

Application Requirements

User agencies must submit a formal request specifying the number of personnel required, along with the relevant academic or professional qualifications. Requests can be submitted via the Flair platform at (link unavailable) or directly via email at support@nss.gov.gh. 

All submissions must be made on official letterhead and include the organization's official address, email, phone number, and location. Agencies with special placement needs are encouraged to contact the NSA Secretariat for further discussions and arrangements.

The deadline for all submissions is April 30, 2025.

Government Approves 2025 Salary Increase for Public Sector Workers on the Single Spine Salary Structure

2025 Salary Adjustment Announced for Public Service Institutions on the Single Spine Structure The Government of Ghana has approved a 10% across-the-board salary increase for all public sector institutions under the Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS).  This follows the successful conclusion of negotiations on the 2025 base pay, as confirmed in a recent communication from the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission.
