Interim Leadership Change in TTAG-EGA

The Teacher Trainees' Association of Ghana - Eastern and Greater Accra Sector (TTAG-EGA) wishes to inform its members and stakeholders that the Sector President, H. E. Kingsley Ayitey, will be unavailable from March 9th, 2025, to March 17th, 2025. 

This temporary absence is necessitated by matters that require his attention outside the jurisdiction of TTAG-EGA.

In the absence of the President, the Vice President and Second-in-Command, H. E. Lydia Elorm Duho, will assume leadership responsibilities, ensuring the seamless continuity of official business within the Association. 

We urge all members to extend their full cooperation and support to H. E. Lydia Elorm Duho as she navigates this critical period.

This transitional arrangement underscores the Association's commitment to maintaining operational stability and upholding its mission to foster a formidable TTAG-EGA. 

We are confident that under H. E. Lydia Elorm Duho's leadership, the Association will continue to thrive and make strides towards achieving its objectives.


As we acknowledge the temporary absence of our Sector President, we also recognize the importance of adaptability and resilience in the face of change. 

We are determined to do more and uphold the values of TTAG-EGA, ensuring that our collective efforts yield positive outcomes for the benefit of all members.

CAGD Announces Official Salary Payment Date for March 2025. The Controller and Accountant-General’s Department (CAGD) has officially confirmed the salary payment date for March 2025 for all government employees in Ghana. Government Approves 2025 Salary Increase for Public Sector Workers on the Single Spine Salary Structure

2025 Salary Adjustment Announced for Public Service Institutions on the Single Spine Structure The Government of Ghana has approved a 10% across-the-board salary increase for all public sector institutions under the Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS).  This follows the successful conclusion of negotiations on the 2025 base pay, as confirmed in a recent communication from the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission. According to an official directive issued by the Controller and Accountant-General’s Department, the new salary structure, captured in Appendix A of the circular, takes effect from January 1, 2025.  The adjustment aligns with the government's commitment to ensuring fair and sustainable remuneration for public service workers.
