CTVET Extends Registration Deadline for May/June 2025 Examinations


The Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) has announced a deadline extension for registrations for the May/June 2025 Certificate II Examinations and other Technical Examinations. 

This decision provides a final opportunity for candidates and institutions to complete their registrations, ensuring that no eligible student is left behind. 

The announcement is particularly crucial for various stakeholders, including Vice Chancellors, Pro Vice Chancellors of Technical Universities, Principals, Proprietors, CEOs of Public and Private Technical Institutes, and all prospective candidates. 

These individuals and institutions must take note of the new deadline and ensure that all registrations are completed on time.


The CTVET has extended the registration deadline from 20th March 2025 to 28th March 2025. This extension provides a brief window for candidates and institutions to finalize their registrations. 

It is essential to note that this is the final extension granted by the CTVET. No further requests for extensions will be entertained. Candidates and institutions must, therefore, ensure that all outstanding registrations are completed before the new deadline to avoid missing out on the exams.


To register, candidates must use the electronic registration portal. Institutions are urged to verify the accuracy of their candidates' details before submission. This ensures that all registrations are processed smoothly and efficiently. 

The CTVET's decision to extend the registration deadline provides a crucial second chance for late registrants. However, it is essential to take immediate action to avoid missing out on the exams.
