2022 Colleges of Education Graduates Urge Authorities to Fast-Track Postings After Passing NTC Exams.

The 2022 Colleges of Education graduates have submitted a formal request to the Ministry of Education, specifically seeking posting.


The graduates, who successfully completed their Degree in Basic Education at public colleges of education, were initially ineligible for posting due to outstanding National Teaching Council (NTC) licensure examination results. 

However, having subsequently passed the resit examination, they are now qualified for posting.


In addition to meeting the necessary academic requirements, the graduates have also obtained financial clearance from the Ministry of Finance in 2024. 

They have expressed their willingness to accept postings in any location and have reaffirmed their commitment to the teaching profession.


The graduates' request is grounded in their fulfillment of the requisite conditions, including passing the NTC licensure examination and obtaining financial clearance. 

They are eager to commence their teaching careers and contribute meaningfully to Ghana's educational sector.


The Ministry of Education is urged to consider the graduates' request and facilitate their posting in a timely manner.

2025 Salary Adjustment Announced for Public Service Institutions on the Single Spine Structure The Government of Ghana has approved a 10% across-the-board salary increase for all public sector institutions under the Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS).  This follows the successful conclusion of negotiations on the 2025 base pay, as confirmed in a recent communication from the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission.
