How to Check Your Teacher Licensure Examination Results (Step-by-Step Guide)

This guide explains the process for candidates to access their Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) results online through the National Teaching Council (NTC) portal.

Follow the steps below to view your results and, if eligible, download your licensure certificate.

Step 1: Prepare Your Voucher Information

To initiate the process, ensure you have the voucher used during registration, which contains your Serial Number and PIN. These details are essential for logging in and should be readily available.

Step 2: Access the NTC Portal

Open your internet browser and navigate to the official NTC results portal: https://exams.ntc.gov.gh Enter your Serial Number and PIN accurately on the login page, then click Submit to avoid errors.

Step 3: View Your Results and Certificate

Upon successful login:

- If you have passed all required papers, your results will be displayed, and you can download and print your licensure certificate.

- If you did not pass one or more papers, your results will still be accessible, but the certificate will only become available after passing the resit exam.

Step 4: Recover Lost Voucher Details

If your Serial Number or PIN is misplaced, click “Forgotten Details” on the portal. Enter your Examination ID and registered phone number, then follow the prompts to retrieve your information and access your results.

Important Notes from NTC

- Candidates with resit papers will initially view results of passed papers only.

- The full certificate will be accessible upon completion of all required papers.

- Keep a copy of your certificate for future reference.

Summary

- Ensure you have your Serial Number and PIN before checking results.

- Visit https://exams.ntc.gov.gh and log in to access your results.
